GreenCalculus operates dedicated contact channels for different enquiry types. Use the correct channel — it routes your message to the right person and produces a faster, more useful response.
For questions about the platform, partnership proposals, methodology feedback, or anything that does not fit a more specific channel below.
For calculator issues, unexpected outputs, platform errors, and discrepancies in emission factors or GWP values. Include the calculator URL, your inputs, and the result you received.
For responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities. All reports are acknowledged within 24 hours. We operate a good-faith disclosure policy and do not pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith.
For general privacy questions, cookie preferences, CCPA requests, and policy clarifications. For formal data subject rights requests under GDPR, PIPEDA, or PDPA, use the DPO address below.
For formal data subject rights requests under GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, Singapore PDPA, and equivalent frameworks. Requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within the applicable statutory timeframe.
Reporting Calculation Issues
GreenCalculus is built on the principle that every output must be traceable and reproducible. If you identify a result that appears inconsistent with the cited emission factor, a GWP value that does not match IPCC AR6, or a methodology application you believe is incorrect, we want to know.
Send calculation discrepancy reports to support@greencalculus.com. To enable a thorough review, include the following in your message:
- The URL of the specific calculator
- The exact inputs you entered
- The output you received
- The result you expected, and the standard or source it is based on
- The emission factor version or dataset you believe should apply
Reports are reviewed against the cited emission factor source and GWP basis. Where a discrepancy is confirmed, the tool is corrected, the methodology tab is updated, and the change is logged in the dataset version record. We aim to respond to all calculation reports within 3 business days.
