The API and MCP checks run live in your browser against the public health endpoints, so they reflect the service as you can reach it right now. The website row is simpler: this page is served by that website, so if you are reading it, the site answered. The figures below are our own recorded history. Every API response is stamped with the data version it served (meta.gc_version); what each release changed is on the data changelog, and pinning a past version is covered under Reproducibility in the API reference.
A window shows a figure only once we hold that much history. We would rather show you nothing than a percentage worked out from a shorter record. Recording since 2026-08-14 — 6,241 checks so far, one every five minutes.
The probe runs inside the API worker itself, against the factor store, the website origin and a real calculation. That means it cannot see the worker being entirely down — for that, point your own monitor at the endpoint. Machine-readable at GET /v1/status, no key required.
